A last-mile distribution facility for a national operation.

This 260,000 SF renovation of an existing shell building consisted of a satellite operations office, modifications of the existing spec suite, fully conditioned warehouse, addition of fifty trailer parking positions, and surrounding security fence with a guard shack.

Project was completed November 2025.
